It's Easy to Give to FCC.....

Because we are flexible! There are several ways:

  1. The traditional way, by putting your offering in the collection plate during weekly church services. If you put your offering in an offering envelope, Judi, our office manager, knows to whom to attribute the offering. You can get a packet of envelopes by leaving a note on her desk and she will assign a packet of numbered envelopes to you and leave it on the Communication Table in the narthex for you to pick up. Mid-year, Judi will send you a statement of your giving to the church so you will know if you are keeping up with your pledge. This is coming up soon. At year end, you will receive a final statement of your giving for the year.
  2. Bill Pay through your bank account. You can talk to a teller or Customer Service if you have questions about it. If you like to use Bill Pay to pay your monthly bills, you can add FCC to your list of creditors. It’s quick and easy. Again, Judi will send you a mid-year and year-end statement.
  3. Online. You can give through, which is linked on the giving page of our church website HERE.  Click on the green “give” button to get started. If you want to send your offering online but in another way, like Venmo, please talk to Judi about it first at 262-363-7249 or email her at
  4. If you prefer to make lump sum offerings, you can make a Direct Charitable Distribution from your 401(k) or other retirement fund directly to FCC. There are no income taxes on this type of distribution because the money does not come to you; it goes directly to the “charity” of your choice, i.e., FCC. Talk to your financial advisor who can set up Direct Charitable Distributions as often as you wish—monthly, quarterly, annually etc. Making a Direct Charitable Distribution actually makes your money go farther!

Offerings from our membership is how we operate our church and carry out the church’s mission to help others and spread the Word of God.  Ten percent of your offerings automatically goes to the church’s Capital Improvement Fund for the upkeep of the church, parsonage, and property. (We’ll be needing new church furnaces soon.) Another ten percent automatically goes to Missions, Friends In Need, and Food for Families. So, your offerings enable our church to not only exist, but also to do so much good work in the community and the world. As Jesus said, “There is more happiness in giving than receiving.”

Thank you so much for giving.

I would like to thank everyone for helping out with the Food For Families ministry for this past 2023/2024 school year.  Thanks to everyone who donated food items throughout the year, thank you to all the volunteers packing the food each week and delivering the food to the Clarendon Elementary children.  Thank you, Joanne, for all the letters you send out and all your phone calls and special deliveries that you make throughout the school year to some of our families that need the extra help.  All is much appreciated - and if we did not have all of You volunteers, this program could not continue.

Meals for Karen Thomas
(June / July)

Please continue to sign up to bring Karen Thomas small meals. The only thing she doesn’t like are beans (legumes).  Green beans are fine!

We would like you to call her to let her know that you are dropping over.

Karen's phone is (941) 249 - 1162.  Her address is 825 N. Rochester, Apt. 111 in Mukwonago.  This is the apartment building right across from the parsonage.

We thought that using a Google Doc would help us to keep the meals schedule organized.  You can just write your name & what you are bringing next to the date you choose.  If you are not able to access this schedule, just call or text Joanne Himebauch at (262) 844-0988 or email her at and she will fill it in for you.  We will also have a sign- up on the Communications table at Church.

1 Peter 4:8-10 says "above all, love each other deeply, because love covers over a multitude of sins. Offer hospitality to one another without grumbling. Each of you should use whatever gifts you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God's grace in its various forms." These verses really don't need much explanation so I will emphasize only that these verses are a reminder that love is the foundation of any relationship especially with fellow believers in Christ. Love even in the face of disagreement. Love even when someone's personality doesn't fit with yours. Love when you don't feel something is going how it should. Love as Christ loves you!
