First Congregational Church
Each week we gather at 3:00 pm on Thursdays (in the sanctuary) to pray for one of the ministries of the church and one of the members of the congregation. If you cannot meet with us, please include the following ministry and members of our congregation in your regular prayers:

Looking for Sunday School Teachers and Helpers
Please consider signing up to teach Sunday school and / or be a Second Pair of Hands (classroom helper). If we get 4 -6 teachers and 4 - 6 aides, you only need to teach or help every 4 - 6 weeks!
Sunday School begins September 11. Please consider helping nurture our young children of elementary school age. Please see Joanne for more information or to sign up to help!

Prayer Team Ministry
I am experiencing some issues with my email list of Prayer Warriors. A couple of people have asked why they are not getting prayer requests anymore. This is concerning to me since I have no idea when this happens. After checking the list; I see that an email has been deleted but not by my choice. We normally have 4-5 prayer requests a week so if you notice that you’re not receiving them; please send me an email or call. (hbpetersen@live.com or 262-662-4322). I will monitor this and if I find that it’s happening more frequently than not; I’ll call Kontney Computer and have them check into it. Thanks everyone for your understanding.

October 1st the God Loves You tour is coming to Waukesha. To prepare for this large evangelistic event, churches throughout the area will be coming together on August 23rd for prayer and worship.
